The Laurels of Middletown is very pleased that many surgeons and attending physicians follow their patients at our facility.
If your physician does not have admitting privileges, our Medical Director or other attending physician will be happy to oversee your care while you are staying with us. Stephen Moore, M.D
Medical Director & Pulmonologist
Dr. Moore attended and graduated from Medical School in 1984 from Tecnologico de Monterrey Escuela de Medicina. He completed his residency at Ohio Valley Medical Center and a fellowship at Allegheny General Hospital.
Dr. Moore is a practicing pulmonologist in Middletown and also specializes in internal medicine. He is affiliated with Atrium Medical Center and has been practicing medicine for more than 30 years.
Andrew Castellanos, MD
Attending Physician
Dr. Castellanos received his medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine and has been in practice between 11-20 years. . He is one of the physicians at Bethesda North Hospital and Mercy Health-Anderson Hospital who specialize in Internal Medicine.
