Patti joined The Laurels of Middletown as administrator in April 2019. Prior to becoming full-time administrator at Middletown, Nelms worked as a contracted employee for Laurel Health Care Company for five years, serving as a travel and interim administrator at a number of locations throughout Ohio. In all, she has more than 30 years of experience in long-term care at an administrative level.
Patti has a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from The Ohio State University and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Miami University.

Dan Morgan is the Director of Marketing for The Laurels of Middletown and has worked for nearly a decade in public, private and hospital based healthcare systems. He is very motivated by customer satisfaction and enjoys meeting and learning from new and diverse guests and families. When he is not working at The Laurels of Middletown, you can usually find him outdoors enjoying nature.
