At The Laurels of Middletown, it is our mission to create a legacy by exceeding the needs and expectations of those we serve while embracing The Laurel Way. We understand that caring is more than providing excellent medical and guest services. It also includes being a companion and treating each guest with the utmost dignity, respect, and compassion.
"The Laurel Way of Caring" can be found in a warm smile, a kind word, or a comforting touch. We are passionate about our mission, and it is reflected in the letters we receive from guests and family members.
My stay here has been stellar as far as needs being met. From the physical therapy dept to the admin dept., I would recommend any type of rehabilitation being done for someone.
Very clean and the staff is very nice. They have treated my Mom with respect and could not be happier with them. She is there long term and has made a lot of friends. No issues or concerns with her care. I think it Is a very nice place.
The therapy department has gone above and beyond as a whole in order to get me back up and walking. They always give me the push I need to take that next step.
The staff here was kind and helpful when a family member stayed for extended physical therapy. No assisted living can be perfect 100% of the time, but the staff tries hard to make things right.
